1 head of lettuce
1.25 lbs. of Kale
.75 lbs. of Field Greens
1 Kohlrabi - choice between light green and red
3/4 lb. "pea greens"
1 bunch of lemon balm
1 1/2 pints u-pick strawberries (awaiting my pick)
