Herbs - Freeze or Dry?

The Moosewood Restaurant Kitchen Garden Cookbook recommends the following herb flavors are best retained by FREEZING:
basil
cilantro
chervil
dill
parsley
tarragon

And, the following have good flavor when dried:
basil
dill
lovage
mint
oregano
rosemary
sage
savory
thyme
